Our client is a sizable company with over 500 staffs in Hong Kong. They are now looking for the captioned position to join their IT team.
Report to the senior manager your will be responsible for managing the IT service management team to cover IT production and application support, incident management and standard. You will have to develop KPI and metric for ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related disciplines, certificate holder of ITIL/ PMP is a plus
- With 10 years of work experience and 3 years in supervisory level, familiar with banking and finance application is a plus
- Strong experience in IT operational/ production support, understanding of IT incident and service management
- Hands on experience in application design and support and able to lead the team to meet SLA
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
