RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in financial planning & analysis including budget, forecast & variance review
- Coordinate annual budget process
- Work as partnership with Business Units and Support Units for financial analysis of new products/processes
- Design and implement cost allocation for the bank
- Implement FTP and prepare segment reporting
- Deliver monthly reports for the group, and reconcile the inter-group charges
- Prepare financial analysis and presentation for Finance Meeting
- Prepare financial presentation materials for ALCO, EXCO and Board Meeting
- Payment review for budgetary control purpose
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/ Business with ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years solid experience of management reporting in banking fields
- Detailed mind and strong business sense and collaboration attributes
- Proactive, flexible and energetic and act as a good team player with committed mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skill and strong collaboration across the teams
- Good written English & Chinese and fluent at Mandarin speaking
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
