- Insuretech company hiring Senior Growth Manager
- 6 years + experiences in Telesales/ Outbound Call with IIQE Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Head of Operations to establish weekly and monthly sales goals and to develop scripts for use by the Growth team
- Measures team performance, motivate the team to achieve sales goals, and enhance the job satisfaction
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Head of Operations
- Gives guidelines to the team for handling the non-routine cases
- Works with Branding team and Partnership team to deliver all-rounded branding and marketing campaigns
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business or relevant field with IIQE Qualification (IIQE Paper 1,2, & 3)
- At least 6 years work experience in telesales or outbound call center role in the insurance or financial services industry, with experience in team management
- High sales drive, mature, good telephone manner and able to take responsibility for achieving goals
- Good customer-centric skills and stress management
- Self-driven, open-minded, and flexible
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English, and Putonghua
