- Strong in VMware, Microsoft Exchange & AD system
- Exp. in supporting at least 1000 users is a must
- Certificated CISSP or CISA is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system administration and support on Microsoft Exchange & AD system
- Provide technical evaluation and recommend solutions, mainly on VMware, Microsoft Exchange & AD system related areas
- Conduct testing and verification as when necessary
- Project implementation when required
- Perform level 2 technical support and/or problem diagnosis on outlook client
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in computer science or equivalent
- At least 3-6 years technical support working experience in an organization with at least 1,000 users on:
- 1. Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure with multiple domains, hierarchy of domain controllers dispersed in international locations in high availability set up
- 2. Microsoft Exchange Server (On Perm) Infrastructure with multiple servers in high availability set up
- Strong in VM Ware
- Certification holder of related Microsoft qualification is necessary
- Experience on email system related infrastructure will be preferable, eg. Cisco IronPort, FireEye
- Certification holder of CISSP or CISA will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
