A leading IT company is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team, manage 2 junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with different parties like hiring managers / interviewers & HR Business Partner to understand the role's requirement and provide advice on talent acquisition strategies
- Develop talent pool, attract, evaluate, and refer candidates through various channels including on-site recruiting, traditional job advertising
- Manage and negotiate with both candidates and hiring managers to close the opening effectively
- Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc.
- Prepare monthly talent sourcing related reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 8-10 years' relevant working experience in talent search/acquisition(in-house)
- In house experience in IT industry preferred
- Team leading experience preferred
- Fast paced, able to prioritize jobs with excellent communications
