Our client, a well-established IT consulting firm, is looking for a senior technology leader to oversee application delivery, production support, and large-scale project implementation for enterprise clients.
The job:
- Lead a sizeable application development and support team
- Oversee project delivery, production support, and system integration initiatives
- Work with senior stakeholders to define practical technology solutions
- Manage multiple medium-to-large scale application projects in parallel
- Strengthen delivery capability, development practices, tools, and methodologies
- Oversee application enhancement, maintenance, modernization, and replacement
- Ensure IT systems, processes, controls, and documentation are properly maintained
- Drive issue resolution, service stability, and operational improvement
- Manage vendors, service quality, SLAs, and cost control
- Coach and develop team members to maintain strong delivery standards
The candidate:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Experience in application development, solution design, and project delivery
- Proven experience managing large application or delivery teams
- Track record in delivering sizeable application development / system integration projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and change management skills
- Experience with large-scale enterprise projects from respective fields
- Proactive, independent, with proven results in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Strong command of English, Chinese
