The Job
Providing technical support for Oracle / MSSQL / DB2 / MySQL databases
Work on database design, installation, configuration, performance tuning and on-going maintenance
Emergency calls / onsite support may be required. Shift roster. Individual will work in a Global team for shared, rotating schedules (day/evening/WE)
Qualifications
Degree in IT/Engineering or related disciplines
At least 2 years’ experience in Oracle/MS SQL/DB2/MySQL Database Administration
Holder of OCA/OCP/IBM DB2 certification is preferred
Hands-on experience in database installation, backup & recovery, performance monitoring & tuning
Knowledge in database HA/DR solutions (RAC/Dataguard/HADR) is an advantage
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Database Administrator
