Job Responsibilities
- Drive the overall financial performance of the hotel cluster, ensuring revenue goals and guest satisfaction targets are consistently achieved or surpassed
- Lead budget planning and implement short- to mid-term sales and marketing initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability
- Oversee major operational priorities, including capital improvement projects, guest experience enhancement, and refurbishment programmes
- Provide direction to department heads and cross-functional teams to elevate service quality, operational productivity, and commercial results
- Ensure full adherence to operational controls, standard operating procedures, internal policies, and brand service standards
- Safeguard and strengthen the hotel brand reputation through consistent leadership and quality execution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, occupational health and safety, and fire safety requirements
- Identify growth opportunities and cultivate long-term partnerships that support sustainable business success
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record working with international hotel brands and managing large-scale hotel operations
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Outstanding leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build alignment to achieve business objectives
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
