Responsibilities:

⦁ Work with business units on workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and relations as well as skills assessment

⦁ Partner with line managers to focus on performance management, retention strategy and talent development

⦁ Support the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures

⦁ Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

⦁ Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

⦁ Involve in project transformation

Requirements:

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline

⦁ At least 2-3 years' HR experience, preferably with Business Partner Role from sizeable companies

⦁ Experience in IT industry will be advantageous

⦁ Good communication and stakeholder management skills

⦁ Good command of English
