Our client is a sizable company with over 500 staffs in Hong Kong. They are now looking for the captioned position to join their IT team.

Report to the senior manager your will be responsible for managing the IT service management team to cover IT operational support, policies and standard. You will have to handle incident/ problem/ change management; develop KPI and metric for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related disciplines, certificate holder of ITIL/ PMP is a plus
  • With 10 years of work experience and 3 years in supervisory level
  • Strong experience in IT operational support, understanding of IT governance and service management
  • Hands on experience in windows server, office 365, Active Directory, MDM, SCCM, printing devices
  • Experience in network infrastructure such as wifi and firewall
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow and cloud computing is a plus
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
