Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for enterprise network infrastructure and security devices.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network incidents and critical issues.
- Implement network changes including switching, routing, VLAN, and ACL configurations.
- Support firewall policy implementation and network security enforcement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of network disaster recovery plans.
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools (e.g. PRTG, Nagios, Cacti, etc.) to reduce latency and improve reliability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for troubleshooting and implementation.
- Support project deployment and network-related activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration records and incident reports.
Requirements:
- University or Diploma graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Holder of CCNP, CCNA or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years+ of hands-on experience on network infrastructure maintenance and technical support.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of firewall, switching, routing, IPsec VPN and network security concepts.
- Experience in managing enterprise network and security products (e.g. FireEye, WAF, NAC, Trellix ENS, EDR etc) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Good command of both English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Network Engineer.
