RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide recruitment support to consultant in different sectors
Source, identify and prequalify specific skill sets of candidates through different channels, company resources, cold calling, etc.
Evaluate candidates’ suitability through phone calls and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional advices accordingly
Work closely with fellow consultants to conduct research on respective industry, market information and candidates
Network building, maintain strong rapport and relationships with candidates
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline
Have the passion in recruitment industry and the strong urge to strive for career development
Outgoing team worker who is interested in networking with top professionals and market mapping
1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales related industry is desirable but not mandatory
Result driven, well disciplined with positive personality
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
Various career paths are available according to experience and expertise
