Role Overview Lead complex and large-scale client engagements on application development projects, driving digital transformation and business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development: technology refresh, app modernization, AI apps, and cloud migration
- Support pre-sales and solution design; identify growth opportunities
- Advise C-level executives on technology strategy and build long-term relationships
- Oversee large-scale project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality
- Provide thought leadership on cloud platforms and emerging technologies
- Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor and develop talent
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in application development projects
- Demonstrated exposure to managing large-scale / mega projects
- Experience handling end to end delivery projects, with a proven track record in working with public sector clients; experience with XC (Cross Functional) is a plus
- Strong presales mindset with a business-oriented approach, capable of identifying client objectives and pain points, articulating value proposition, and supporting key account development
- Ability to formulate strategies and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth
- Experience in pipeline management, with supervisory experience in leading solution teams
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in IT consulting, 5+ years in project leadership
- Expertise in cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise architecture, and digital transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred; Agile experience a plus
