Recruitment Consultant - Banking & Finance (Retail Banking focus)
Captiare Limited is looking for a goal-driven, ambitious professional to join our high-performing Banking and Finance Team. This isn't just a "process" role; it's a full-desk opportunity where you will act as a strategic consultant to the renowned retail banks while changing the career trajectories of top-tier finance professionals.
Responsibilities
· Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to successfully placing high-caliber candidates.
· Market Intelligence: Proactively build and nurture a talent pipeline for Retail Sales and Branch Operations within the Hong Kong market.
· Advisory Partnership: Partner with major retail banks, providing expert insights on market trends, competitor mapping, and salary benchmarking.
· Process Excellence: Manage end-to-end interview cycles, including feedback loops, complex salary negotiations, and closing offers.
· Relationship Management: Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term, high-trust relationships with senior HR stakeholders and industry candidates.
· Target Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets to drive team growth.
Requirements
· Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a high-performance, sales-focused role.
· Industry Knowledge: Previous experience as a Relationship Manager within Banking is highly valued and welcome.
· Communication Mastery: Fluency in [English/Cantonese/Mandarin] with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
· Strategic Execution: Strong organizational skills with the "hustle" required to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
