MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide recruitment support to consultant in Finance sector
- Source, identify and prequalify specific skill sets of candidates through different channels, company resources, cold calling, etc to better understand the market landscape
- Finding contacts, making initial calls
- Work closely with fellow consultants to conduct research on respective industry, market information and candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline
- Have the passion in recruitment industry and the strong urge to strive for career development
- Outgoing team worker who is interested in networking with top professionals and market mapping
- 1-2 year experience in recruitment or sales related industry is desirable but not mandatory, less experience or fresh graduate with potential will be considered as Trainee
- Result driven, well disciplined with positive personality
- Will-do attitude that enable diligent and persistent work
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
- Various career paths are available according to experience and expertise
