A leading IT company is looking for experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

Achieve required sales targets for ELV & ICT system solutions.
Manage end to end selling process, including understanding customer / project tender requirements, development of proposals, design & cost optimizations, as well as managing bidding process internally and externally.
Manage ELV tendering process for Transportation & Communication project works.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationship, understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the full product /system / service offering
Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different departments and contractors.

Requirements:

Degree holder in IT or Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years of working experiences in ELV / Transportation / Communication from sizeable company preferred.
Selling experience of Railway / Traffic and safety systems/ ICT systems.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills at all levels.
Well versed in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
