Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the department, including but not limit to assisting in preparing budget, handling office procurement and expense claims, keeping track of office expenses, office administration monitoring and maintenance, meeting coordination etc.
- Assist in handling the risk & compliance matters including participation in Business Continuity Management, preparation of regular reports, information sharing
- Liaise with internal departments, external business partners and overseas offices to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Maintain proper and accurate filing records and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably Business or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years experience in office administration area; experience in fintech and risk & compliance area in banking industry is highly preferred
- Experience of handling compliant with business-sensitive mentality
- Good computer skills, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typewriting
- A team player with good communication and organization skills
- Self-motivated, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
