Job Duties :

Support Team Lead to monitor the daily operations and perform checking function of all types of import/export trade/FI related transactions including account receivable financing, factoring and Non-trade Bonds/Guarantee/Standby L/C, etc.
Perform documents checking of Import/Export presented against LC according to UCP and other international standard practices.
Conduct due diligence checking to ensure transactions meeting service standard and in accordance with procedure manual.
Assist in reviewing of the relevant policies/guidelines and perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management as well as cross team support as required to Banking Operations.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Operation Management, or related disciplines with minimum 5-10 years relevant experience in trade services operations.
Complete secondary school education with 3-5 years hands-on banking experience in import & export trade operations will be considered as Associate
Sound knowledge in ICC UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP and URDG rules, etc.
Holder of valid CDCS qualification an advantage.
Familiar with AML/Sanction/TBML and pre-assessment checking of transactions is highly preferable.
Customer-oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and a multitasking environment.
Sound knowledge in operational risk framework and sensitive to identify irregularities.
Exposure in SWIFT Alliance (ISO20022), Banking Systems, Trade related System Development, Project Enhancement and system UAT.
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Proficient in using PC and MS Word & Excel.
