Associate Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities
· End-to-End Execution: Own the full recruitment cycle, specializing in sourcing and placing talent from junior to middle-management levels.
· Talent Scouting: Proactively identify, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates using various platforms and creative sourcing methods.
· Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify trends and build a "subject matter expert" reputation within your specific industry vertical.
· Process Management: Orchestrate the entire interview journey-from coordinating schedules and gathering feedback to managing complex salary negotiations and closing the deal.
· Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both corporate clients and candidates.
· Database Management: Ensure a high-quality talent pool by maintaining an up-to-date and organized candidate database.
· Drive Results: Meet individual KPIs and contribute to the collective success of the desk through a collaborative and competitive spirit.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a sales-related role.
· Fresh Talent: We value potential! Candidates with less experience but a strong willingness to learn and a proactive, "can-do" attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
· Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
