Our client is an IT services provider in Hong Kong who is currently looking for someone to join the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team, acting as a strategic finance partner and Financial Controller to divisions. The position plays a critical role in enabling business performance by partnering closely with divisional leadership to drive financial discipline, support strategic decision making, and deliver corporate KPIs
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Accounting to ensure accuracy of month-end closing results
- Analyze business unit's actual financial performances, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
- Work with the business unit leader, sub-leaders and project managers to prepare annual budget and monthly forecast submissions, based on corporate's requirement
- Drive business initiatives within the business unit to improve its financial performance
- Safeguard assets of the business unit by performing regularly receivable aging reviews, stock takes, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate of Undergraduate Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business-related degree; CPA passer preferred
- Minimum of eight years' solid experience in accounting, FP&A and Business Partnering, gained in an MNC or sizable environment
- Work experience in IT industry and project accounting is a plus
