Our client is a HK Listed Conglomerate with strong presence across industries. As part of organizational growth, they are looking to add to their team an experienced Corporate Affairs leader.
The Job:
- Develop and execute corporate affairs, communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Manage corporate branding, external communications and reputation management initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with government, media, industry bodies, community groups and other external stakeholders
- Monitor political, economic, social and industry developments and assess business impact
- Handle media relations, press materials, key messaging and issue / crisis communications
- Organize corporate events, outreach initiatives and public engagement activities
- Lead community relations, employee volunteering and charitable programmes
- Drive sustainability / CSR initiatives, reporting and related stakeholder engagement
- Support shareholder communications, management presentations and related coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver strategic projects and communications
The Candidate:
- Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Business or related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, PR, stakeholder engagement
- Prior track record with a sizeable organization
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Solid experience in media relations, corporate messaging and brand management
- Good understanding of public affairs, community engagement and corporate reputation management
- Proactive, detail-minded and able to handle sensitive matters professionally
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Leadership experience is preferred
