Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the day‑to‑day administration and support of enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring high availability and strong security controls.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage system support, maintenance activities, and issue resolution.
- Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Implement, administer, and monitor network and security controls, including firewalls, intrusion prevention, endpoint security, and access controls.
- Monitor security alerts, manage security incidents, perform investigations, and lead response and remediation activities.
- Conduct or support security risk assessments, audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability management exercises.
- Prepare security reports, dashboards, and management information for IT management and senior stakeholders.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to management on improvements to network architecture, security posture, and operational efficiency.
- Support system maintenance and project implementation during maintenance windows or non‑office hours, when required.
Requirements
- A recognized degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years' solid hands‑on experience in:
- Large‑scale, complex, and mission‑critical IT infrastructure support and implementation; and/or
- Cybersecurity operations, management, and support.
- Strong experience with routing and switching protocols, architecture design, and troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications such as CEH, CCNA, CCNP, CISA, CISSP would be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
