Job Purpose:
Assist the team in developing, maintaining and fine-tuning of our clients website into a competitive and sales-oriented channel. It is responsible for the maintenance of all published online materials and to perform as a gatekeeper of online corporate identity
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide day-to-day support on web content management of our client's websites and mobile applications, working closely with different product owners. To conduct training to internal users for CMS usage (if necessary)
- To work closely with products & marketing team and support the analysis and reporting of online marketing campaigns (including email marketing)
- To monitor the market trend, prepare benchmarking and web statistical reports
- To manage website traffic statistics
- To assist the team to execute and monitor digital banking development projects
- To assist the team to execute digital marketing programs to achieve business targets
Incumbent Requirements:
- Higher Diploma, degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Creative Media, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in content management & online marketing preferred
- Experience in artwork production/adaptation with strong sense of art and creativity
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
- Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of web applications and new technologies
- Experience in HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript is a must
- Experience in using content management system and site analytics tool
- Proficient in using Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop
Good command of both Chinese and English
