Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve run rate quota , meet / exceed territory quota
- Responsible for new accounts coverage and partner enablement, work closely with channel partners to drive marketing and sales activity
- Identify and establish relationships with new business prospects and maintain relationships with the existing installed base
- Focus on generating qualified leads through strategic planning, outbound calling, the follow-up to marketing campaigns, and fielding website inquiries
- Accurately document all activity in CRM for Executive Staff forecasting
- Follow up qualified Leads passed by Marketing LDR from marketing events
- Work closely with cross-functionally teams, support the sales process and ordering process
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required or equivalent degree preferred
- 1-2 years' sales experience in telemarketing / customer services / call centre is an asset
- Responsible for HK territory. Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Experience and knowledge of IT products and solutions preferred
- Ability in high-volume outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing
- Customer oriented with good telephone manners
