Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve run rate quota , meet / exceed territory quota
  • Responsible for new accounts coverage and partner enablement, work closely with channel partners to drive marketing and sales activity
  • Identify and establish relationships with new business prospects and maintain relationships with the existing installed base
  • Focus on generating qualified leads through strategic planning, outbound calling, the follow-up to marketing campaigns, and fielding website inquiries
  • Accurately document all activity in CRM for Executive Staff forecasting
  • Follow up qualified Leads passed by Marketing LDR from marketing events
  • Work closely with cross-functionally teams, support the sales process and ordering process

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required or equivalent degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' sales experience in telemarketing / customer services / call centre is an asset
  • Responsible for HK territory. Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Experience and knowledge of IT products and solutions preferred
  • Ability in high-volume outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing
  • Customer oriented with good telephone manners
