JOB DUTIES:
You will be serving as the point of contact between the executive and employees, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage professional and personal scheduling for Partners and Senior Managers
Prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate business correspondence: mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
Analyze documents, prepare research reports, consolidate material to facilitate executive decisions
Prepare expense reports, process invoices and track payments
Coordinate and provide administrative support to the executive team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Candidates with experience in business administration or finance-related disciplines are preferable
4-8 years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
