Responsibilities
- Manage L2 & L3 support with internal and outsourced teams
- Collaborate with global / local IT and business teams
- Follow up on support issues, incidents & problem tickets to meet KPI / SLA
Requirements
- University degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Work experience in MNC is preferred
- Solid experience in handling Oracle ebs, Windows sever, Sybase, Lotus notes
- Familiar with SOX Compliance
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
