Associate / Assistant Manager, Distribution & Marketing
Responsibilities
- Define digital platforms requirements and user stories, and work with designers and developers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
 - Drive product adoption and usage by partnering with marketing and customer support teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
 - Assist to drive the creation and development cycle of digital platforms, from ideation and research to implementation
 - Assist in implementation of projects that includes system building and testing
 - Work with cross-functional teams, such as IT, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on customer data initiatives
 
- Degree holder or above in Marketing, Business Management, Information System Management, or related discipline
 - 3-year experience in web/app product management, more than 5 year experience can be considered for senior role
 - Experience in business analysis and project management
 - Strong customer service mindset
 - Good communication and problem-solving skills
 - Good team player
 - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
