A leading Fintech company is looking for Business Development Talent, act as a subject matter expert in the Buyside & Private Markets space.
Job Duties:
⦁ Position Front-to-Back Financial Technology and/or services catered to the Buyside institutions Investors, Buyside Investment Managers in both Public & Private Markets, Asset Owners, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Administrators with public & private investments.
⦁ Demonstrate multi asset class knowledge of the APAC buy-side industry, market & client challenges, and familiarity with competing solutions to well position to win.
⦁ Support solutioning for APAC Buyside market nuances
⦁ Assist in the development of sales tactics, strategies and collaborate with the product management and solicit Global marketing resources to scale APAC Buyside business.
⦁ Collaborates with business, finance, and pre-sales on opportunities & strategies.
⦁ Sit on panels related to the industry, share your industry and market expertise.
⦁ Minimum of 10 years of sales and subject matter expertise in the Financial Technology supporting Buy-side industry
⦁ Demonstrated success in Buyside Investment Management or Private Markets Software Sales
⦁ Strong Experience in selling Front to back to Asset Owners, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Family offices, Administrators.
⦁ Knowledge of Buy-side industry, solutions technology including systems, applications, and regulatory practices.
⦁ Strong decision-making, problem solving and creativity skills.
⦁ Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
⦁ Ability to manage senior internal & external stakeholders to propel APAC sales agenda.
⦁ Disciplined and self-motivated individual with proven track record of exceeding quota.
⦁ Must have prior experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
⦁ Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
