About the Client
Our client is a vibrant Virtual Bank in Hong Kong with strong partnership with well-established corporations in banking, investment management, corporate financial advisory services, etc.
Duties
- Escalate all issues with operational effectiveness in a timely and appropriate manner

Support account reconciliation and substantiation related to cards and loans operations

Perform daily operations and control; and management information reporting

Handle credit card dispute processing

Is accountable for the effective use of controls to ensure operational risk within agreed limits

Facilitate and coordinate with different functional teams and vendors on any card matters

Handle internal and external clients for service requirement and enquiries
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields, experience in card center would be an advantage
- Strong service and operation orientation, with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of MS office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight schedule
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
