MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as a 360 degree consultant in terms of business development, sourcing interviewing and closing the job orders
- Manage the candidates and clients via relationship management, consultative approach and consistent communications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or above in Computer Science or other discipline
- ·eally possess proven IT recruitment or related sales background for consultant role
- · Associate Consultant should possess at least 1 years of experience in a research / sourcing candidates with proven track records
- · Strong phone filtering skills, time management and judgment in screening / shortlisting candidates
- · Understands urgency, delivery focused and meets deadlines
- · Confident in communication, negotiation and presentation skills, possess can-do attitude at work
