ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is one of virtual banks providing best-in-class banking products and services in retail and corporate domains. Due to business expansion, they are looking for multiple Credit Administration Officer/ Loan Operation Officer to join their growing team with attractive package and accelerated career progression.
DUTIES
- Handle clients' general enquiries about loan application
- Follow up with clients' document submission
- Perform identity verification process with online applicants
- Perform preliminary approval on loan applications
- Conduct regular reviews with existing clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree/ High Diploma graduated, have stable working history with 1-2 year or above relevant experience
- Honest, responsible, mature and can work independently
- Good communication skills and response skills, proactive, and sincere service attitude
- Basic PC knowledge (including Chinese word processing input, MS Word, MS Excel)
