Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide inbound and outbound service support on investment product
- Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone and email on investment products and services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
- Handle verbal & written customer complaints from customers via phone and email
- With 3-4 years' experience in frontline customer service, experience in investment areas is strongly preferred
- Passing in HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Mandarin
