Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical techniques to uncover patterns and deliver actionable insights.
Build and deploy machine learning models (e.g., decision trees, SVM, clustering, ensemble methods, deep learning) for performance and policy optimization.
Clean, transform, and process data from multiple sources to ensure quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Present findings through clear visualizations and storytelling to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD welcome).
Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
