Role Overview
The role needs to drive Asia's growth in Web3, crypto, and digital finance through strategic partnerships, market research, and ecosystem development. You will have to collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer and cross-functional teams to shape innovative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships across Web3, fintech, and digital asset ecosystems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, products, and partnerships.
- Research market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Translate insights into actionable business models and go-to-market plans.
- Lead feasibility studies and business case development for crypto-related projects.
- Represent at industry forums and build thought leadership in digital assets.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years in fintech, crypto, or digital business development.
- Deep knowledge of Web3, crypto, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
