JD Provision of Driving and Vehicle Licensing Services and General Administration Services

Responsibilities

      1. To provide office logistic support including but not limited to sorting and distributing of mails and documents, filing, typing, photocopying, documents binding and shelving, mailing letters, disposal of records & forms, venue preparation, replenishment of water dispensers and other office equipment, and pantry services (including arranging tea services, pantry cleaning and water boiling, etc.) to the Site as directed by the Government Representatives;

 

      1. To assist in preparing licences I permits/other documents as directed by the Government Representatives, including lamination, checking of information, photo sticking;

 

      1. To assist in disposing and replenishing stocks of application forms, promotional materials and any other government publications in the Site as directed by the Government Representatives;

 

      1. To handle simple enquiries from the public relating to licensing matters;

 

      1. To collect or despatch documents or items as instructed by the Government Representative to or from any locations inside or outside the Site;

 

      1. To assist in preparing simple registers, reports, documents and correspondences relating to licensing matters;

 

      1. To provide customer services and check and record applicant's application forms at the waiting hall in the Site;

 

      1. To assist in moving furniture, stocks, equipment, documents or other items in the Site;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      1. To perform other duties as assigned by the Government Representatives.

 

Requirements:

 

      1. Completed secondary education, preferably with level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;

 

      1. Able to speak, read and write English and Chinese;

 

      1. Chinese word processing speed of 15 words per minute and English word processing speed of 20 words per minute and knowledge in the application of common business software;

 

      1. At least one (1) year relevant working experience;

 

      1. Possesses knowledge of computer operation in English and Chinese word processing, MS Word and MS Excel;

 

      1. Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays is an advantage; and

 

      1. Be punctual and with good self-discipline.
