Job Description
 
 Executive Services Support
 
 Responsibilities 
 
 (a) to provide executive support on preparation of valedictory letters, G.F. 115 and records management; 
 
 (b) to provide executive support on personnel matters (e.g. Assessment Panels, Promotion Boards, passage of probation/trial bar, returns relating to postings of C&S Grades staff, etc.); 
 
 (c) to provide executive support on overseas and Mainland duty visits; 
 
 (d) to provide executive support on procurement matters and return co-ordination; and 
 
 (e) to perform any other duties to be assigned by senior officers.
 
 
 Requirements
 
 (a) A recognised university degree, or equivalent; 
 
 (b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Lauguage in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent (HKCEE); 
 
 (c) At least two years' relevant full time postgraduation working experience;
 
 (d) Possesses knowledge of computer operation in English and Chinese word processing, and is familiar with MS Word and MS Excel; and 
 
 (e) Be punctual and with good self-discipline.
