An exceptional opportunity to direct and manage the overall operations of a major bank in China / HK including Corporate banking, Treasury, Retail banking and contact center operations.
Responsibilities:
Formulate the overall strategies to support the Hong Kong and Mainland China business operations of the Bank Group in achieving business targets.
Minimize operating cost and maximize scale benefits through in-sourcing and centralization of operation functions from the Bank Group.
Manage the general operation and customer contact center covering the services of hotlines, telemarketing, data processing, and risk & compliance operations.
Develop and organize business plans, financial budgets and staff development plans; build and maintain an engaging and effective work environment and workforce.
Maintain good relationship with regulators, internal and external business partners.
Report to the board of directors on financial status and operational achievements.
Requirements:
University degree or above in banking, finance or related disciplines.
At least 15 years' experience in banking or business process outsourcing, of which at least 10 years of relevant work experience in managing a sizable operation.
Strong knowledge of banking operations; work experience in Mainland China would be an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
