Responsibility
- Lead IT Operations and Infrastructure teams to perform regular Disaster Recovery Drill
- Oversee IT systems, services, and infrastructure
- Handle budget control, business continuity planning, incident response and complaint
- Set procedure and guidance in line with company standards
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 10 years working experience in IT management, project management, end-user, and IT infrastructure support, banking / finance is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure e.g., network, storage, upgrade, deployment, tech refresh, implementation
- Experience in IT operations and management, including capacity planning, forecasting, risk management, incident response, business continuity planning, vendor management and procurement
- Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
