- Strong in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- >8 years exp. in IT procurement
- Exp. in bank / financial services is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Review Profit and Loss of IT Department monthly and report to the supervisor
- Review IT cost allocation to other user departments monthly and report to the supervisor
- Manage the budget and forecast of IT Department, and assist user departments in IT budget preparation
- Control the IT payment against the approved budget
- Handle secondment services contracts
- Report the IT financial status with analysis regularly for the bank group
- Prepare IT financial status update upon the management’s request
Requirements:
- University degree in IT / business administration / procurement / finance or equivalent
- Preferable over 8 years’ working experience in IT procurement services delivery
- At least 3 years in supervisory role for IT procurement team
- Sound knowledge in accounting and budget management
- Good understanding of relevant bank policies, procedures, practices & rules
- Knowledge of the IT related products and services
