Job Duties:

  • Leading a small team to provide ITSM tool implementation and customisation for customers
  • Well-versed in ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management
  • Provide advice to IT operation team on the workflow of the project and management
  • Customize the ITSM tool to adopt suggested ITIL processes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, understand customers' needs and address their concerns


  • University graduate in IT related discipline.
  • At least 8 Years of IT working experience, with 3 years as team leader role for any IT software development project
  • Certificate holder of ITIL or ITIL 4
  • Hands-on experience of designing ITIL processes, customize ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow , MicroFocus SMAX etc and provide ongoing support services to ITSM tools.
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
