Our client is a sizable company with over 1000 staffs in Hong Kong. Due to their additional headcount, they are now looking for IT services delivery manager to join their team.
Report to the department head, you will be responsible for manage IT services delivery within the region. You have to set up related IT policies and procedures and bring in best practices. You will also have to formulate KPI and metrics reporting for service improvement, incident management and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related disciplines
- With at least 10 years of working experience, 5 years related to IT services management
- Experience gained from sizable companies is a plus, knowledge in service now is a plus
- Certificate holder of ITIL
- Experience in setting up IT services management and practices including IT governance
- Experience in incident management and change management
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
