RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a crucial member of the finance team, working as a business partner with Retail Business:
- Producing regular management reports with variance analysis
- Preparing budget and rolling forecast
- Performing budgetary control on expenses
- Performing analysis for retail banking business, including performance analysis by product / by channel
- Working with the retail banking team to understand business development and formulate relevant business analysis
- Develop MIS for management reports
- Analysing market trends and competitors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
- 5 years+ financial analysis / banking experience
- Good knowledge in retail banking / consumer finance, will be an advantage
- Proficient in MIS skills
- Good business sense
- Analytical minded
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
