A leading insurer is looking for an Associate to join their Customer Experience Team.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Participate in launching digital marketing campaigns for new and existing products
⦁ Communicate with internal stakeholders on promotion offer mechanics and review of marketing materials
⦁ Take care of marketing operations including budget, marketing calendar planning and handling customer enquiries
⦁ Manage media vendor, UX/UI, SEO and corporate marketing teams to make sure messages are consistently communicated across all platforms
⦁ Propose new ideas for sales generation and online traffic growth
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor degree in Marketing or related discipline
⦁ 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, candidates from both in-house and agency backgrounds are welcomed
⦁ Experience in running digital media and social campaigns
⦁ Understanding and implementation of SEO and website management
⦁ Knowledge of current insurance market is added advantage
⦁ Self-motivated, proactive, creative, detail-minded
⦁ Good communication skill, a good team player
