RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect user requirements for e-banking service and operations
- Participate in UAT planning, preparation and execution
- Ensure project activities and deliverables adhere to banking guidelines and policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in banking operations
- Basic knowledge in retail banking and digital banking
- Good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
