Our client which is a key provider to provide iAM Smart platform is looking for high caliber candidate to join its onsite team with responsibilities and requirements as below:



Key responsibilities

  • Perform system installation, configuration, integration and upgrades on servers and related infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine server maintenance, system patching and performance tuning to ensure stable and secure operations.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance trends, recommend and execute capacity planning actions.
  • Diagnose system issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide effective remedial solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Articulate maintenance solutions and technical recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain high‑quality documentation (procedures, incident reports, change records and solution proposals) in Chinese or English.
  • Collaborate closely with offshore team members and client stakeholders to coordinate changes, releases and incident handling.



Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in computing, information technology or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in system maintenance and support, preferably with HKSARG systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of systems on cloud platforms and infrastructure, including Linux, Veritas NetBackup (NBU) and Kubernetes (K8S).
  • Experience in implementing IT security measures and complying with organizational security standards.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, including incident handling and root‑cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, change and problem management, and related tooling.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively at client premises while coordinating closely with internal and offshore teams.
  • Strong communication skills with both offshore team members and clients, including the ability to clearly explain maintenance solutions and recommendations.
  • Good documentation skills in Chinese or English for technical procedures and reports.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin with proficiency in written Chinese and English.
