The Operation and Maintenance Expert will be an on-site engineering expert to provide operation and maintenance service to an iAM Smart Service which will be provided to the General Public by the HK Government to facilitate digital transactions online.
- Work in the Hong Kong government office.
- Have at least 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years of enterprise IT system design and/or implementation experience.
- Excellent operation and maintenance plan design ability, at least 5 or more large-scale project operation and maintenance responsible experience.
- Have experience in microservice architecture design and system maintenance.
- Have technical management capabilities and excellent customer management capabilities.
- Experience in serving the Hong Kong government is preferred.
