You will be serving as the point of contact between the executive and employees, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for Partner and his family
- Prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate business correspondence: mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
- Analyze documents, prepare research reports, consolidate material to facilitate executive decisions
- Prepare expense reports, process invoices and track payments
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to the executive team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Candidates with experience in business administration or finance-related disciplines are preferable
- 3-8 years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
