Our client is a virtual bank in Hong Kong with strong partnership with well established corporations in banking and financial advisory services. Currently it is seeking for a versatile professional to become their Product Manager, Unsecured Lending to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be managing the new product design and owning the whole product development life cycle for retail banking, as well as exploring market & customer needs, translating them into feasible digital solutions. Taking the P&L ownership of related products and complying to regulatory queries/ assessments and audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate with at least 8 years of retail / digital banking experience
- Good knowledge on digital banking functionality / ecosystem and loan product / services
- Attention to details and strong mind for system development and process re-engineering
- Independent, strong communication / interpersonal skills, organization / analytical / program execution skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Ability to lead in multi-task situation and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent team player with result-oriented mindset
- Working proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese and English
