Job Description:
- Maintain project related documentation and administrative duties
- Take project meeting minutes
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for betterment of project execution and completion
- Procurement - conduct procurement for projects and follow-up on on-going approval process
- Handle general office administrative tasks;
- Including staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Assist on other project duties
- Develop strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of changes within the project scope, follow-up on incidents for systems under IT team, ensuring proper change documentation
- Defect management - monitor defect status
- Implement relevant improvements to optimize project performance
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree/Bachelor Degree holder
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Officer (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- 1-2 year working experience expected
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
