Job Duties:

Understand and analyze the business requirements, provide consultation from technical perspective
Provide leadership in the effective management of various projects
Oversee project plan and road map, timeline and processes, ensure the delivery quality
Prioritize projects, responsible for risk assessment
Stakeholder management
Liaise with different stakeholders and ensure efficient communications between the project team, sales team and clients
Manage the project within the project scope, change control and issue management
Making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines
At least 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably from system integrators
Solid experience in managing sizeable ERP projects
Good understanding and knowledge of ERP (SAP / Oracle /Microsoft / Salesforce)
Hands on and focus on supply chain, finance and human resources modules preferred
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile etc.) and relevant IT project management tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
